Refund policy
Due to the hand made nature of every product and unique one of one quality, all sales are considered final. In the event you received the wrong item or the product is damaged you can email us at support@pantanoclothing.com. Damaged items can be repaired or remade depending on the item. We will not mail out new items until the damaged item is received.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
Please make sure you are selecting the correct sizing and thoroughly view or sizing guide to ensure you receive the correct size and item. Pantano Clothing is a small business that is currently run by one single person. Everything is handmade thus the time and quality it takes to make each item is extensive. That being said, if you are completely unhappy with your item, we may be able to exchange a size depending on the item. We will not begin making the new size until the original item is received.
